RETURNS

We hope you love your BEBLY™ order, but in case you don’t, we are pleased to offer returns within 30 days of original purchase if the items are returned in the condition in which they were originally received for us to successfully process your refund with their original packaging intact. Please reach out to us at support@bebly.com to initiate a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES

Please allow 4-8 business days for delivery after shipment has been made, which is typically within 1-2 days from when the order was placed. Priority Mail ships within 2-3 business days and the estimated shipping cost will display at checkout. Please note, these are estimated delivery times.

BEBLY™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been processed through USPS. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier regarding a lost or stolen package.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811. Unfortunately, BEBLY™ is not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address associated with your order. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds or replace items in lost packages.

If your package tracking is stuck while in transit, making a personal claim with USPS is the best route to take as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim. Click here to visit USPS.com to begin this process.

CANCEL ORDER

Due to our fast, same day packing and shipping, we cannot guarantee your order will be able to be canceled. If you would like to cancel please immediately email support@bebly.com with the subject line: CANCEL ORDER and your order number and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
